Võrtsu Sahver was started on the shores of Lake Võrtsjärv by two friends who shared a passion for nature, fishing, cooking, and the love for coastal life.Our goal is to valorise fresh fish and the local farms' produce and make it as diverse as possible as well as bring out the flavour of fish, as an ancient ingredient, even more.In one part of the Võrstu Sahver's building there is a small fishery where delicious fish products are made. In the other part of the building, fresh fish comes straight from the kitchen onto the customers' plates. In addition to fish, our menu also includes dishes for meat lovers and vegetarians.
